I enjoyed a little sightseeing in Takamatsu City. I went to Tamamo Park, a short walk from the ferry terminal. Here you can see Takamatsu Castle, also known as Tamamo Castle.
From Matsushima, I arrived at Sendai, my base for this trip.
Sendai is an urban city!
After walking around in Matsushima, I left my luggage at the hotel first, and after a short rest, I went to see Lapras' pokefuta in the shopping arcade.
The shopping arcade in Sendai is very long and wide, so it is quite a walk from the station to the pokefuta.
The nearest station is Aobadori Ichibancho Station on the Tozai Subway Line.
This is Lapras' pokefuta.
It is set up in the middle of the street in the arcade.
This design is based on the motif of the Tanabata Festival in Sendai, and I personally think it ranks high among the pokefutas.
I finally got to see the real(* ̄▽ ̄)♪
At night, the view from the hotel room was excellent! *+.(( °ω° ))/.:+
Urban...!
Next day
Before visiting pokefutas, I went sightseeing in Sendai City.
I went to a Japanese sweets store famous for its Michinoku senbei and dorayaki.
There were also authentic Japanese sweets, and the dorayaki were delicious.
I took a short train ride to Toshogu station.
There is a shrine here built by the Date. The Date clan was a military leader who ruled the city of Sendai.
There is also a temple nearby.
